• “Influencer Program” or “Affiliate Program” refers to the Aurocle referral system offering creators commissions based on subscriber conversions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use our Service.
Aurocle does not permit usage in jurisdictions where our services are restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Nature of the Service (Important Disclaimer)

Aurocle provides:

• Analytical dashboards

• Trend detection tools

Aurocle does NOT:

• provide financial advice

• provide trading signals

• execute trades

• recommend securities

• recommend investment decisions

• act as a broker, advisor, or regulated financial entity

All Forecasts are for informational, educational, and research purposes only.

You acknowledge:

• Market forecasts are inherently uncertain

• No forecast guarantees profit or prevents loss

• You are solely responsible for your financial decisions

Aurocle expressly disclaims liability for financial outcomes of any kind.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You agree to:

• keep your login credentials confidential

• be responsible for all activities under your account

• notify us immediately of unauthorized use

Aurocle may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require paid subscriptions.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• allow our payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to charge recurring fees

Aurocle may change pricing with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

If you participate in the Aurocle Influencer Program, you agree to:

• promote Aurocle truthfully and without misleading claims

• avoid implying guaranteed financial returns

• comply with disclosure requirements (“This post contains affiliate links…”)

• follow local advertising and financial communication laws

Aurocle may:

• track referrals via cookies or referral codes

• revoke commissions for fraudulent referrals

• terminate participation if rules are violated

Payouts depend on accurate tracking and valid conversions.

Full rules may be provided in a separate Influencer Agreement.

7. Permitted Use of the Platform

You may use Aurocle’s Platform for:

• personal research

• market analysis

• educational purposes

• non-commercial evaluation

Unless explicitly permitted, you may NOT:

• scrape, copy, or reproduce large portions of the platform

• resell or redistribute forecasts

• reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code

• use automated bots to harvest data

• misuse the platform to mislead others

• infringe any intellectual property rights

Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, forecasts, algorithms, trademarks, branding, dashboards, features, and software are the exclusive property of Aurocle Ltd or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform.

You may not use Aurocle’s brand, logo, or name without written permission.

9. Availability of Services

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access

• error-free operation

• accurate or complete data

• timely updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Aurocle is not liable for outages, technical issues, or data inaccuracies.

• Aurocle does not accept responsibility for decisions based on platform results.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Service.

• your participation in the Influencer Program
